A brush-tip gel nail pen lets you paint colour directly onto your nails. Choose one shade, or build a set of five colours. Gel needs an LED lamp to cure; finish with the glossy top coat from The Hold Me Kit.

Shape your nails, push back the cuticles and remove oil and dust. Start with clean, dry nails.

Twist the pen until gel reaches the brush. Paint a thin, even layer without touching the skin.

Cure under the lamp

Cure the gel under an LED lamp according to the product instructions. Add another thin layer if you want more colour, then cure again.

Apply the glossy top coat from The Hold Me Kit and cure according to its instructions for a finished manicure.

HOW IT WORKS

Your gel pen questions, answered

  • Prep and clean your nails, twist the pen until gel reaches the brush, apply a thin layer and cure under an LED lamp. Add a second thin layer if needed, then finish with top coat and cure again.

  • Choose five gel nail pen shades. The Hold Me Kit included with this option contains an LED lamp and glossy top coat.

  • That depends on your nail length and how many layers you apply. Each pen contains 5 ml of gel colour; we do not promise a fixed number of manicures.

  • Wear time varies with nail preparation, application and daily use. Apply thin layers, cure each layer under an LED lamp and seal with glossy top coat for the best result.

  • Check the ingredients listed on your pen and packaging before use. For a specific shade or ingredient question, contact us at contact@imprettyselfish.com.

  • Follow the removal instructions supplied with your gel nail pen. Do not peel or force gel colour off your natural nails.

  • Yes. This gel colour needs to be cured under an LED lamp. The Hold Me Kit includes one, along with a glossy top coat.
